Asking all Americans

My step-dad just got back from a trip to America.
While he was out there he visited a chocolate factory.


He brought me back,

Oreos covered in chocolate
and
Oreo in the middle of 'Candy'

So here the question to all the Americans, What is the candy that's around the Oreo, do any of you know??

It tastes so good :)
