A Monthly Favourite - Kiko!

Hello Beauties! 

So every month so far on YouTube I have done a Monthly Favourites video, however this month I really haven't changed anything that I had been using apart from one thing, I was introduced to a Beauty brand called Kiko, some of you are probably shouting at the screen saying his have I only just feared of them, but there wasn't anywhere in or near Cambridge that sold it and it wasn't until a girl from Guildford came to work with us and kindly bought me one of their mascaras ( of which I now use everyday) that I became obsessed with it and now a store has just opened in Cambridge!! So of course I had to go and buy stuff and try it all out. Here are a couple of things I have picked up so far!

The adventure begins - YouTube

It's just a really quick post today about something pretty exciting...for me anyway! 

As a lot of you will know I've been wanting to start a YouTube channel for a very long time and as today is my Blogs 4th Birthday I thought today would be the perfect day. I'm so nervous to actually put it up haha! its probably going to the be the most awkward thing you will have ever watched, but I really loved filming it and editing it! I'm so excited for what the future could bring.

My May Favourites

I hope your all loving this sunny Sunday! I am for sure! Currently got some cupcakes baking in the oven! :) I don't know why but the sun always makes me want to bake :)

So its that time again and I can't actually believe its now June! Seriously this year is going so fast its scary! I haven't had to many things that I have been loving this month, apart from the ones I love every month of course. But here are a couple of new things I've tried this month and have really enjoyed using!

Mane 'n Tail - I had heard a lot about these and when I went to look for some I found they were on offer on Amazon so I decided to give them a go while they are cheaper. I know hair always feel better if you change up your products so I don't know if its because its different or if it really is as good as it seems. I really can feel and see a difference. I'm going to give it a little while longer till I do a proper review but atm I am seriously loving this stuff!
Nivea invisible - Bit of a random one but I find it so hard to find a deodorant that I actually like the smell of and that works for long periods of time, but this ticks the boxes and obviously I wear a lot of black for work so this also helps with those horrible deodorant marks! 'keeps my blacks black' haha :)
Sally Hansen As hard as nails - My nails have been so bad recently, with the zircon now on at work they have become so dry and weak, breaking left right and centre! After using this for a couple of weeks I have really seen a change, don't get me wrong they still break but they don't flake if you know what I mean. I use it both as an undercoat or just on its own as a clear. I really hope it continues to work and my nails get stronger and stronger! (I can't find a link for this online, but I got mine from boots)
Benefit Gimme Brow - Okay so I jumped on the hype train with this one but I have been wanting to use a brow gel for a while and its had really good reviews, a few mixed reviews but mainly good. I have been really enjoying using this and again I'm going to use it for a little longer before I review it, but so far so good!
Collection Bronze Glow - I got this in this months GlossyBox and I have tried a Collection mosaic blush before and really liked it. Being pale I find it so hard to fins a bronzer that doesn't make me look orange or just well awful! haha so when I got this I was a bit apprehensive to start with but oh my I love it! I leaves such beautiful tone on the skin, it catches the light really nicely and works as a highlight as well, I really think this will be one to purchase when I used this up!

April Favourites - FOTD

So its that time again when every blogger shares what they have been loving during the month of April. I love these posts but my shopping list and wish list always seems to grow after reading them all! 

As I haven't done a Favourites post in a while I have tried so many new things that have become a must wear for me here are the few I have been obsessed with during April.

Redkin Forceful 23 Hairspray - I got this as a free sample when I ordered my normal Redken shampoo, I've never tried anything from Redken apart from the shampoo and condition so I was excited to try it, Well I'm hooked! It smells lovely and it does its job, Hair stays in place without feeling Crispy which is something I really hate, I will be buying this next time I have to make an order!

Sally Hansen in Fiery Island - With the weather changing my love for Orange is returning with force! This polish is a stunning bright colour and I've always loved Sally Hansen so can't really go wrong with this!

MAC in Faux - I brought this lippy years ago and loved it from the start, but I stopped wearing it for a while, I seriously don't know why I did because I is now my must wear everyday lippy, its so easy to wear with everything and its my perfect nude! I gutted though becauseI don't think MAC do it anymore...Does anyone know if they do?

Estee Lauder BB Glow - You can see this is a sample pot, I'm bait funny when it comes to face make up, being so pale I find it so hard to find a match, so when I picked up the face cream, which I will talk about in a minute the lovely lady at the count gave me a sample, Oh My! its beautiful stuff! so light wait with a light/medium coverage, Its going to be so perfect for the hotter months!

Estee Lauder Day Wear Moisturiser - I mentioned this in my last post! I use this day and night its perfect. Honestly think Estee Lauder is now my go to brand, everything I use from them is just amazing! high price tag but high quality!

Estee Lauder Translucent Pressed Powder - After all the success with the other products I decided to get a powder from Estee Lauder also, not disappointed, again a light wait powder, perfect for setting and it also leaves a lovely matte look, which I adore, I must prefer to add my own shine where I want it then to have a face that looks greasy. (personal opinion).

Lancome Doll eyes in Brown - This was actually and accident, I already used Dolls Eyes but in black, I picked this up by mistake and had mini freak out when I got home and released, but its the best mistake I have ever made. It's made me relies just how hard black mascara is on a pale skin and blue eye, Brown just works so much better!

Maybelline Color Tattoo in on and on bronze - Again I brought this a while ago when they were all the craze and every blogger was buying, but I just couldn't find a way to wear it that worked on me, until now! I use it as a base under W.O.S in the Urban Decay Basic palette and it just works perfectly together!

As these products are a daily wear for me I decided to add in a FOTD with this post, Everything is as I've just said and the blush is Maybelline Dream Touch in Blush 02.

A few of my Favourite things

Sorry its been so long since I last blogged my laptop is making it very hard to blog atm, lets hope it plays ball today and doesn't over hear while I type... *crosses fingers*

As its been a while I though I would share with you a few of my favourites atm, some of them you will have seen before because I just love them so much, If I have done a full post of any products I will leave the link for them :)

May Favourites

I haven't done a favourites post in ages! this is a very random favourites post with random things in it haha...

`1. My mum got me this from TKmax, I love to drink ice cold water all the time but the ice melts so quickly in a normal cup but in this it stays so cold for ages! and I have found I have drunk a lot more water since having this and its really made a difference to my skin!...I think anyway!

2.I didn't even realise I could get it in the UK until the wonderful Sophie from Flirty Dresses (go check her out) told me she got it from ebay, so of course off I went and got some! omdays!! its amazing and cleared my skin so much! I now use it every night! The only thing i find is that it doesn't get waterproof mascara off very well, so I use a make up wipe for that. 

3. I seriously don't want this candle to end!! It's called 'happiness' and oh my it smells amazing, the smell just makes me think of spring! I burn this candle till all the top of it is melted and then blow it out just so it doesn't burn to quick! I did a full post on this a while ago HERE

4. Okay so random I know, but i got this a dew weeks ago cause it was on offer and I had heard really good things about it, well true words! i think this has really helped whiten my teeth! I don't really like the taste of toothpaste either, but this actually tastes nice! haha

5. I haven't really tried Nivea products before, but I picked this up when it was on offer...theres a pattern here! haha anyway, I really like it, it leaves my skin looking and feeling so nice! I sometimes just wear this instead of foundation because I like how it makes me skin look so much! just putting powder over the top! :)

Monthly Favourites || September

Bit late this month, but here we go! :)

1) Pretty right! :) I love having flowers in my room! These are what my mum got me. I had had a bad day at work and a hard week, so she brough me them to put a smile on my face! They so did! :) The Lillies have now opened and look stunning! :)

2) The Top Knot! I have been rocking this 'do' alot this month! its so quick and easy! and looks like you have spent ages on your hair when really it only took about 2 minuites! I think its a very elegant look and makes what ever your wearing look much smarter. I love wearing it for work! I wash my hair everyother day so on the days I don't this is perfect! it stays up better on unwashed hair aswell!

3) This is an American series! Its a Murder Mystery series, a one off. It has 13 episodes and my goodness, it is addiction! Me and my Best Friend watched all 13 in 2 days! You just cant stop watching! If you lover Murder Mystery things I seriously recommend you watch this! I got mine from Amazon I think it was around the £20 mark.

4) The Paraolympic bronze medallist Harriet Lee came into work this month! She is such a lovely down to earth girl! And we all got to hold her medal, they really are heavy!! and big!! So proud to have met her! (and look I have a top knot! haha)
