Yankee Candle - Spiced Orange

Following on my my last post this is the second of my favourite this Christmas, In fact I this is my favourite Yankee Candle of all time! WOW! I know right! It just smells incredible!

I adore citrus scents anyway but this also has a side note of ginger and it just creates a perfect candle scent! It makes my mouth water when I smell it! When I first smelt it I was worried it was going to be a bit over powering in my small room, but I was wrong. Its definitely stronger than Fireside Treats but still just right!

For me this is the perfect winter scent, it makes me feel warm and calm.

This bright, cheery blend of sunny citrus and snappy ginger is the perfect winter warmer.

Yankee Candle - Fireside Treats

Okay so you're all aware of my love for Yankee candles and as the Christmas specials go on sale and away for next year I thought I would share some of my favourites :) 

This one is called Fireside Treats (obviously) I don't actually think this one is a Christmas special but it was on sale haha! You can probably tell its meant to smell like roasting marshmallows and it so does Its a lovely subtle smell perfect for a cold night snuggled up in bed with either good film on or a good book to read. It makes me want to go a sit outside, lay on a blanket it a big warm jumper and look at the stars, Definitely too cold for that atm though.

I have been burning this at night while rereading Harry Potter... Geek alert...It's such a lovely calming soft smell. This is the first time I have had this one, I hadn't seen it before.

The joys of camp . . . mesmerized by the fire, singing and laughing, while toasting marshmallows to rich, gooey perfection!

Penhaligon's 'Malabah' Candle

You all know how much I love candles and a few weeks ago I picked up one from Penhaligons, you probably already knew that from the title but anyway! haha If you haven't heart of Penhaligons before its a luxury Perfumery company, Pretty much every scent has a perfume, candle and Hand & body moisturisers and they all smell amazing!!

Anyway back to the Candle I purchased :) Its called 'Malabah' The scent of this candle is inspired by India and the spices. Its smell is a mix of citrus, sublime roses and spices.

 In any other form this scent isn't my favourite, but in a candle is beautiful, so delicate and it burns really well, its not over powering at all and even if its alight you can still smell it when you walk in the room.

You get 140g and its costs £32 not the cheapest I know but so worth it! :)

Neom Luxury Organics || Amara.co.uk

So I was lucky enough to be contacted by an amazing website called Amara.co.uk a few weeks ago and they were kind enough to let me choise something. Now everyone has heard of 'Neom Organics' by now surely? and when I saw that they are availible on the site as well as many more amazing brands!! (seriously go and have a look!) I couldnt resist but get one of them.

 As you can see I chose the 3 wick candle called happiness, It contains White Neroli, Mimosa and Lemon...My goodness it smells amazing!! The smell just reminds me of spring! its a very fresh and well springy smell. I will write what the box says casue I really am awful and explaining smells.

The Fragrance - A Sprarking blend of white Neroli, Mimosa and Lemon is combined with natural fresh grass motes to create the awakening of spring.

The Treatment - This lively bend of happy notes will make you smile, take the weight off your shoulders and prinkle a little joy into your world.

The candles are made from 100% natural vegtetable was and pure aromatherapy oils. They burn clear so you don't get that horrible black soot stain all over the glass as it burns. They also burn realy smoothly using all the wax and not leaving any of the side of the jar, so none of the wax is wasted. Don't you hate it when you have burnt a candle all the way day and there is still enough wax left in the car to make a whole new candle, such a waste! 

Tip - On a candles first burning, make sure the wax is melted all around, this makes the candle burn smoother and tends to stop the waste of wax :).

I found with this candle that on the first burning the smell was pretty strong and as much as I love the smell I was worried that it was going to give me a headache, but when I burnt it again, it seemed softer and now its perfect, leaving my room with an amazing suttle smell.

Neom products are on the pricey side, but if you have some spare money before pay day seriously treat yourself! Its so worth it!

Happiness always looks small while you told it in your hands, but let it go and you learn at once how big and presious it is.

Yankee Candle - White Chocolate Mint

Hello my little pocket people :)

 I have another Candle obsession starting I can sense it...see what I did there...(alwful I know)

I popped into clinton cards the other day for pick up some well...cards...obviously! and I saw that they had one a sale on some of the yankee candles! This made me very excited.

If you have read one of my recent posts you will knowI have just painted my room, well it still stinks of paint and it gives me a headache so I wanted to get a new candle to take the smell away.

And what did I find! 

A candle thats smells of 2 of my favourite things!!

White Chocolate and Mint!!

This candle smells amazing! its so suttle but its lovely, exactly what I was looking for! it reminds me more of tick tacks that anything chocolatey, well may after eights...hmm

It cost £9.99

I prefere buying yankee candles in the tumblers rather than the jars, I just feel like in the jars alot of the candle is wasted and also a lot more smoke is make in the jars and they turn black (not pretty). I think the tumblers last longer too :)

This is currently my favourite smell yet!

Yankee Candle - Christmas Order

Good Evening Hope you have all had a lovely Wednesday, only two days till the weekend people, stay happy :).

So on to the post :)

This time every year I love to order my Christmas candles, however I never actually seem to get their Christmas scents, but this time I decided to try some out. I ordered 3 this time.

Home sweet home       Christmas eve        Christmas cookie

I was so excited to get my parcel in the post and when the postman knocked on my door I was about to leave for work, Perfect timing or what!! I had enough time to smell them all before I left.

Home Sweet Home

A heartwarming blend of cinnamon, baking spices and a hint of freshly poured tea.

When I first smelt this I was a bit unsure, I am not the biggest fan of cinnamon to be honest, (don't really know why I ordered this one haha) However when I lite this candle the smell is stunning, its unlite smell is so much stronger then when it is lite! the cinnamon is so subtle when lite, it leaves a beautiful after smell. I couldn't have it alight for too long I feel that it would get too much and give me a headache however for about 10 minutes in a room then blowing it out leaves such a lovely welcoming smell. The spices in the smell really do make you think of christmas, this one personally is more of a boxing day kind of smell....if you get what I mean.

 Christmas Eve

Traditional holiday scents of a warm hearth, sugars plums and candied fruits.

I didn't really know what to expect from this candle, I haven't ever ordered a fruity scented candle before, I tend to go for the really sweet smells (as you will see from the next one)  However this is amazing! This seriously is now one of my favourite smells! It is a sweet fruit scent, it smells so good it makes me want to eat it!! I will defiantly be ordering this one again! and how cute is the picture on the jar!!

Christmas Cookie

Buttery rich, vanilla scented, holiday sugar cookies

This is my FAVOURITE smell EVER!!! I am seriously addicted to vanilla scents, I can't get enough! This candle is so sweet and yummy smelling, It smells like freshly cooked cookies! and I love it! I order this one all the time and if you love sweet smells like me I strongly suggest you give this one a smell!!

I hope you all liked my Yankee Candle post, I know it wasn't that long ago I did one before, but at this time of year I go a bit candle crazy :)

Yankee Candle - Clean Cotton

Now its getting dark earlier and its getting lets face it pretty cold! You want to start making your home nice and cosy and warm, so put on your big woolly socks your over sized jumpers and light a candle. 

I love Candles I always have one burning in my room, I find them so relaxing and calming, they also make me feel so warm and cosy in this weather. My favorite candle cent in is vanilla (yes i know how boring, but that's just me) However I currently have 'Clean Cotton' burning in my room. This smell is just  amazing, it makes the room smell so fresh and I know I keep saying it but when I have this candle lit and I walk into my room, it makes me want to just curl up in warm soft clothes with loads of big cushions and pillows all around me with a nice book and relax :)

It is a very 'easy' smell, its not the kind of smell that only a few people would like, I would say everyone would love this smell, its such a simple smell. :)
